more guests and is distributed to our wait staff as a gratuity.On Sundays and public holidays

Function terms & conditions

1. Reservations

Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Cinder.

Table Holding Policy: On the day of your reservation, your table will be held for 15 minutes. If we do not hear from you within this time, your reservation may be released to our waitlist.

Group Bookings:

For groups of 4–16 guests, a credit card pre-authorisation is required to secure your booking.

For groups of 16 or more, a set menu selection or pre-order is required, and a deposit amount will be agreed upon in advance.

Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any dietary requirements as early as possible so we can accommodate your needs.

2. Payment & Surcharges

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, as well as cash.

Credit Card Surcharge: A 1.5% surcharge applies to all credit and debit card payments.

Public Holiday Surcharge: A 10% surcharge applies on public holidays.

3. Licensing

Cinder is fully licensed. BYO (Bring Your Own) alcohol is not permitted.

4. Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 7 days of your event will incur a charge equal to the agreed minimum spend, or $1,500 for groups larger than 16 if no minimum spend was set.

For bookings, the pre-authorised or deposited amount will be charged if you cancel, reduce your party size within 48 hours of the reservation, or fail to attend.

Amendments: Amendments to your booking can be made up to 48 hours prior to your reservation. Please contact us at 02 9413 9848 or email hello@cinder.restaurant for any changes.

5. Privacy Policy

Guest Information: We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and dietary requirements solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and providing a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

Data Protection: Your information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to facilitate your booking.
